Our focus at Signature is supporting terminally ill patients and their families by providing a holistic team of healthcare professionals dedicated to comfort care.

 

Our philosophy is to address the pain and symptoms of terminal illness in a holistic manner.

 

Our care is provided by a team of physicians, nurses, home health aides, social workers, counselors, and trained volunteers. We provide hospice care in the patient's place of residence---at home, in a facility, an assisted living, or an adult foster home.

 

Hospice care is often associated with negative factors such as death, despair, fear, pain, and suffering. At Signature Hospice, we focus on life and regard dying as part of the life process.

 

We are life affirming. Our primary goal is to help people spend their time living life to the fullest, comfortable in their own familiar setting, surrounded by the ones they love.
